- build up the fundamentals. Shooting. Finishing. Defending. Decision Making

- build up the actions 3v3. Triple Gap. Splits. 1st Action. 2nd Action. Stagger. Cross. 

- build up the body. 2 week pool tune up. Core Work. Light Plyos. 

- build up the mind. daily meditations 

PART 2: HABIT BUILDING

- 21 days to establish these habits for the rest of the year.... (long practices) 

- Take Great Shots. Rebound. Transition Quickly 

- Offensively playing with great spacing. Playing with great pace #1secondrule. Reading the paint. 

- Defensively guarding the ball. Jumping to the ball and handling actions. 

- Special teams. Executing situation ally. 

- Physically. Getting strong.

- Mentally. Dealing with adversity. (put the meditations into the fire.)
