PART 1: TRUSTING SELF-2

  1. The goal is to fully trust self-2 
  2. This means specifically, total immersion into the present moment 
  3. Full trust of yourself and your instincts 

PART 2: ACCEPTING SELF-1

  1. To get to full trust of self-2, you must reconcile with all of the machinations of self-1
  2. The past; seeing the past for what it is and dealing with your own judgments about it (failure is feedback, victory is validation)
  3. The future; balancing expectations with the reality of the unknown (I hope I do great, vs I am great) 
  4. Understanding fight or flight. Why are my thoughts the way they are? What is their purpose? Seeing them as a river 
  5. Imagery. imagine yourself playing
  6. Goal setting.
