1 Offensive player on top of the smile in the key
2/3 Defensive Players
Rules:
- Defense tags an offensive player with the ball and possession ends
- The ball cant be held for more than one second
- The offense cant move from their positions
Keys:
- the player in the paint has to be encouraged to pivot
When passing from the paint, you gotta get out of there..
- player drives = replace
- player shoots = rebound
- player one mores = cut opposite
RED BOX
- ideally you wouldn't need to stop in the red box
- you would utilize a one foot pass out of it
BLUE BOX
- stride stops and jump stops
- you have the wrap behind if you get stuck

Mindset
1. We have to play hard

4. We have to maintain a positive attitude
Attack
1. We have to only take great shots
2. We have to find a small advantage
- transition mismatch or coverage
2. We have to get them into the mixer
3. We have to crash the glass
Get it Back
1. We have to pressure the ball
2. We have to be active in the gaps
3. We have to wall up and take charges
4. We have to x-out
5. We have to lock and wedge all screens
6. We have to box out
Fundamentals
1. We catch to shoot
2. We finish with one foot when we get ahead of our defender
3. We two foot stop when we shoulder to chest advantage
4. We pass from the redzone if help rotates early
Weight room
1. We need full range of motion in our ankles, hips and shoulder
2. We need a strong core
3. We need to jump rope
4. We need to push up, pull up and air squat
Special Teams
1. Press = loop against man or flash against zone
2. Zone = 3 out, 4 out or 5 out
3. BOB and SOB = same play every time
4. Specials = a backdoor play, an iso play and a backpick play
