Each season, we invite the team over for a meal...

At this meal, we have the team assist us in cooking: 

1.Carbohydrates: rice, potatoes and beans 

2.Protein; Chicken, Beef, Steak 

3.Veggies; brocoli, mushrooms, carrots, spinach 

4.Fruit; bananas, berries, apples etc

Than we show each player how to calculate their macros and create ONE meal that matches 1/3 of their daily macros.
