(2) Incentives need to be aligned

  • you have to be about the team to be on the team; work hard, attitude, leadership, the team
  • You have to play defense to get on the floor
(3) Must play as a team
  • First, is the social contract.... 
  • that everything you give, you will get back 
  • That when you give to the pack, the pack also gives to you

  • each member needs a role that is valued by the team and is also actively validated
  • Everyone is a star within their role
  • Third, is the teams “vent”ilator...
  • Everyone is going to vent. We need to make sure the right people are getting vented to

  • Players in fight or flight play worse. They must feel protected

(4) Must recruit OUR guys
