The goal of the first year is to build the MACHINE.
It will take a monumental effort from me, putting all of the systems in place.
But all the routines and way of doing things have to be installed.
If they are installed the right way, and with consistency, than leaders will be able to arise the 2nd year.
Now, in the second year, I can take the birdseye view of the machine. View the team from the top down. When others are able to run the machine, it will free me up to address issues and deviations as they arise.
